In this cottage remodel the roof was removed and then built upward on the existing structure. The garage was then attached to the cottage and the interior layout was improved. This Platte Lake cottage was converted to an all year home and was expanded from a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom to a 4 bedroom, 2 bathrooms, with an addition of an upstairs family room. The garage was constructed for a future bathroom and family room.
