Call 231-325-0330 and set up an appointment at the jobsite to discuss the services required. We will then return with a project spec sheet including a written quote.

Question: Are you insured?

Yes. Our staff is covered under liability insurance and workman’s comp.

Question: Are you licensed?

Yes. Our company follows all local codes and regulations and is licensed within the State of Michigan.

Question: Who pulls the required permits for the project?

It is recommended to have the licensed builder pull all permits.

Question: Do you have referrals?

Customer referrals are available upon request.

Question: What are the steps of a project?

First, all the details of the project are put on a spec sheet, plans are drawn up and sent for approval. We then secure all building permits for the job site, provide the building service, and the work is completed with final inspections.

Question: Do you offer building Green?

Yes. There are several different levels of Green building available and we can provide environmentally friendly solutions.
