The existing home and foundation were removed and replaced with a new home from a base plane that was altered to provide the features the client wanted.
This remodeling project was done from plans provided by the customer and new features/designs were incorporated during the construction. The floor plan was redesigned to include the relocation of the kitchen to become a part of the expanded living room for a more family centered layout.
